This website is where I share my fight with early Alzheimer’s — openly, honestly, and with the hope that it helps someone else feel less alone. I was born in West Palm Beach, raised in South Florida, and I’ve lived in Jupiter for more than forty years. This community has shaped me, supported me, and given me the courage to face this disease head‑on.
But Alzheimer’s is only one part of my story. The other part — the part that has carried me through every challenge in life — is humor.
Humor has always been my way of understanding people. It’s how I connect. It’s how I stay grounded. It’s how I stay me.
That’s why I wrote Everybody Is Nuts and created EverybodyIsNuts.com. The book is woven into my Alzheimer’s fight — it helps me stay present, stay human, stay connected to the world around me, and keep my mind actively engaged.
The book has a mirror on the cover for a reason. When you pick it up, you see yourself — your quirks, your contradictions, your humanity. Alzheimer’s may affect memory, but it doesn’t change the truth that we’re all the same. We’re all imperfect. We’re all trying. We’re all nuts in our own wonderful ways.
Writing this book gave me purpose. Sharing it gives me joy. And seeing people laugh, smile, and recognize themselves in its pages gives me strength.
My mission — in my fight and in my book — is simple: To bring hope. To bring connection. To bring understanding. To remind people that even in the face of Alzheimer’s, life can still be meaningful, funny, and full of heart.
If you’ve come to this page, thank you. You’re part of my journey, my fight, and my movement. And I’m grateful you’re here.
